Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Yach Bol founded YB Solutions with a clear mandate: to structure and deliver nation-building infrastructure that connects South Sudan to regional and global capital. With established relationships across government, international contractors, and the diaspora, Yach leads the firm's strategic direction, external relations, and sovereign and investor engagement.
Director of Strategy & Operations
Samantha oversees the firm's operational delivery, documentation standards, and project structuring. She ensures that every engagement is documented to lender and sovereign standard, coordinating across internal teams, government counterparties, and international partners to maintain disciplined execution.
